About

We’re Andy and Julie. We got married in August 2010 and lived in Brooklyn, New York for four years. In the spring of 2012, we found out I was pregnant, and at our first ultrasound, the tech said calmly after about three seconds, “You have twins.” Cue utter shock, surprise, disbelief, some panic, etc. (Pregnancy posts)

Over the summer, Julie finally convinced Andy that living in New York City with two babies would be really difficult, not to mention expensive, and he reluctantly agreed that we had to move. So in August, we drove Julie’s car over three thousand miles across the country and arrived at our rental home in Portland, Oregon.

We both work at home, in the education field. (We’re both former teachers–Andy for one year in Philadelphia, Julie for six years in NYC.)

Our twin boys arrived at the end of November. (Birth Story) You can see their monthly photos (with link to the monthly posts) at the Monthly Twins tab up there.

  4. Hi Julie,

I just published an article on my favorite twin sites and I featured yours! Here’s the link:

I’m a sleep coach (and a twin!) only now venturing on line. I need to generate buzz somehow. Would you be willing to post a link to the article with your shout-out, or even better boast about it on social media? It would help me out so much.

    best,

    Rob Lindeman
